Hooters hotel-casino owner says property may have to file for bankruptcy protection

In a report to the Securities and Exchange Commission, 155 East Tropicana LLC, owner and operator of the Hooters Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and three other properties in Southern Nevada, said it may have to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
